Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various departments to understand needs and requirements for demand planning
Analyze historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts to estimate future demand
Create and manage purchase orders based on demand forecasts and inventory levels
Work closely with inventory control teams to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory
Continuously seek opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, such as supply shortage, price fluctuations, and geopolitical factors
Prepare and maintain stock reports
General administrative and ad-hoc duties as required
