Job Description

Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective sources of supply.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.

Conduct vendor comparison by collecting and evaluating several quotations from different suppliers to ensure getting the best service and price.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, terms and agreements, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deal.

Prepare and issue purchase orders and requisitions in coordination with Finance following the approval process.

Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Manage contract renewals and terminations.

Track and report on procurement expenditures.

Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes.

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Coordinate with stakeholders from finance, internal departments, and Timeless Design and Cooling gate project management to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders regarding procurement activities.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor data.

Prepare supplier evaluation policy and evaluate suppliers based on the quality, cost, delivery and service requirements.

Prepare reports on procurement activities.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance or accounting.

o Minimum 3 years' experience.

o Excellent MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

o Experience in using ERP system (Tally system).

o Negotiation skills.

o Ability to work independently.

o Analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
