Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for cookware and kitchenware products.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
Raise and process purchase orders in line with company policies and demand forecasts.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Track order status, delivery timelines, and ensure accurate documentation and invoicing.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and regularly assess their performance.
Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and new products in the cookware category.
Collaborate with merchandising and quality teams to ensure product standards and timelines are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in cookware, home goods, or FMCG.
Familiarity with sourcing both locally and internationally.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/ERP systems.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
