Job Purpose
To support the Procurement Department in executing effective procurement processes by coordinating with internal stakeholders and international suppliers spread across USA, Europe, Japan and Asia. The role ensures best-value procurement of goods, services, and works while maintaining compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities -
assist collection, gathering and evaluation of all RFI's, RFQ's, RFP's and ITB's received from various clients participate in the drawing up of contracts for the company ensuring that suitable and adequate criteria assist in the management of assigned purchase orders / contracts, having responsibility, for bench marking, Assist in the preparation, collection, and evaluation of RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and ITBs from suppliers and clients. Support tender analysis and provide recommendations for contract and supplier awards. Participate in contract preparation to ensure an optimal balance of cost, quality, and service delivery. Manage assigned purchase orders and contracts, monitoring benchmarks, quality standards, and service levels. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, consultants, and internal departments to ensure contractual and policy compliance.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
