to join our growing team. This role will involve managing the procurement process for facility maintenance materials, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of supplies, and coordinating administrative tasks including driver scheduling to meet site requirement
Source, evaluate, and procure facility maintenance materials and services in line with company policies.
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms.
Track inventory levels and place orders to prevent supply disruptions.
Prepare and issue purchase orders, quotations, and procurement reports.
Maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers, pricing, and material specifications.
Administrative Duties:
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, letters, packages, and phone calls.
Support bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial tracking related to procurement and office expenses.
Maintain organized databases and records, including personnel, supplier, and financial data.
Monitor and restock office supplies to avoid operational interruptions.
Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external use.
Provide general administrative support to colleagues and assist with office coordination.
Driver Scheduling & Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate and manage daily schedules of company drivers to ensure timely delivery of materials and tools to maintenance sites.
Monitor adherence to delivery schedules and adjust routes as needed for efficiency.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on materials used in the
facility maintenance
industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
