- Source and procure supplies, equipment, and services aligned with hotel needs and budget.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor inventory levels, and resolve supply or quality issues promptly.
- Collaborate with departments, forecast demand, and ensure compliance with policies and hospitality standards.
