Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions according to internal procedures.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to forecast demand.
Ensure compliance with UAE laws and customs regulations regarding import/export.
Conduct supplier audits, maintain supplier database, and evaluate supplier performance.
Coordinate with finance for payment processing and resolve any invoice discrepancies.
Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and market trend evaluations.
Support internal departments in procurement-related queries and urgent requests.
Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, services, and contracts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of UAE-based procurement experience
in a similar role.
Strong understanding of
UAE local supplier market, customs regulations, and sourcing practices

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
