Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement and logistics activities for materials, supplies, and services in line with company policies and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement processes including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and purchase orders Select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and compliance Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers Monitor orders, deliveries, shortages, delays, and quality issues Coordinate logistics, transportation, and delivery to project sites Manage import/export documentation and customs compliance Maintain and evaluate supplier performance and relationships Ensure supplier compliance with safety, quality, and risk mitigation standards Collaborate with project and operations teams on material planning Prepare procurement, logistics, and performance reports Support continuous improvement in supplier quality and services
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field 6+ years of procurement experience, preferably in
power plant or large project environments
Skills:
Strong negotiation and contract management skills ERP/procurement system knowledge Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
