Roles & responsibilities:
Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers, ensuring quality, pricing, and delivery standards are met.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers.
Process purchase orders and requisitions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Conduct market research to identify new potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
Manage inventory levels in collaboration with the warehouse team.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Experience with procurement software and ERP systems and MS Excel.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
Valid QID, immediate joiner preferred
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
