Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement for interior and fit-out projects (materials, finishes, FF&E, MEP items, subcontractors).
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Prepare RFQs, analyze quotations, conduct price comparisons, and finalize purchase orders.
Coordinate closely with project managers, designers, and site teams to align procurement with project timelines.
Ensure materials meet project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Track deliveries, manage lead times, and resolve supply chain issues to avoid project delays.
Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and cost reports.
Monitor budgets and support cost control initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and contract terms.
Handle supplier performance reviews and develop long-term vendor relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
3-7 years of procurement experience
, specifically within
interior fit-out or construction projects
.
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, joinery, and MEP-related items.
Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to read drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
