Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.

• Conduct thorough cost analysis, ensuring cost control and adherence to budgetary constraints.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate project planning and resource allocation.

• Perform comprehensive quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and specifications.

• Source and evaluate subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and manage subcontractor payments.

• Monitor project progress, identifying potential cost variations, and recommending appropriate solutions.

• Prepare and submit interim and final valuations, ensuring accurate payment certification.

• Assist in the preparation of claims and change orders.

• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to contracts, variations, and project correspondence.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement Management, or a related field.

• years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, and cost control methods.

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
