Job Description
- To be ensure materials, services and supplies are purchased at the best possible price while meeting the required specifications.
- To be a strong negotiation skills.
- Create Planning and execution of Half yearly bidding process.
- Conduct regular meeting (as per the Bidding Process) with the Bidding committee.
- Prepare and provide Price Analysis Report to the Bidding committee prior to the negotiation
- Obtain management approval on the proposed half-yearly price and vendors
- Ensure ERP is updated accurately and timely the approved price list
- Ensure ERP is updated accurately and timely the approved supplier list
- Ensure to procure qualitative materials at its best price in the market and obtain approval from the management within the timeline
- Ensure item is delivered and invoice is issued as per the LPO
- Ensure pending LPO is reconciled and advised to the F&A department on the status on the monthly basis.
- Ensure to resolved any discrepancy found during the LPO verification process within 48 hours.
- To conduct market price analysis on regular basis and propose for a re-negotiation (if require) on the existing approved price with the existing vendor
- To plan and execute the vendor facility audits for all the vendors as per the timeline
- Provide report to the management on the vendors evaluation.
- Ensure vendors performance report is analyzed and submitted to the management as per the timeline
- Ensure process for selling asset is executed within the timeline
- Ensure proper filling of legal documents is maintained.
- Ensure completion of any task within the timeline as assigned by the Head of the department
- Minimum two years of Experience in Food / Catering industry.
