We are looking for an experienced

Procurement Officer

to manage purchasing activities for an

Interior Fit-Out Company

. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fit-out materials, supplier management, and cost control to support project execution within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure materials related to interior fit-out works (joinery, finishes, MEP items, furniture, fixtures, etc.) Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, and issue Purchase Orders Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules Coordinate with Project Managers, QS, and Site Teams Monitor inventory levels and control material costs Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications Handle supplier payments coordination with the finance department Resolve supply issues, shortages, and quality concerns

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

3-5 years of experience

in procurement within an

Interior Fit-Out or Construction Company

Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and local suppliers Experience in UAE/GCC market is mandatory Good negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Cost control and budgeting knowledge Vendor evaluation and contract management Strong coordination and organizational skills
