Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials and services required for interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities Procurement & Purchasing
Procure fit-out materials such as joinery, finishes, FF&E, gypsum, glass, and metal works
Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, negotiate terms, and issue purchase orders using
Focus software
Coordinate with project and design teams to meet specifications and timelinesVendor & Supplier Management
Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and subcontractors Maintain approved vendor lists and ensure supplier performance
Cost Control & Coordination
Ensure procurement aligns with project budgets Coordinate deliveries to site and maintain procurement documentation Support invoice verification and procurement reporting through
Focus ERP
Requirements
3-5 years' experience in interior fit-out procurement
Hands-on experience with Focus software / Focus ERP is mandatory
Knowledge of fit-out materials, suppliers, and market pricing Good negotiation and coordination skillsJob Type: Full-time
