Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Procurement

Officer with strong

commercial acumen and hands-on experience managing end-to-end procurement

activities. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced

environment, enjoys vendor negotiations, and is passionate about driving value

through strategic sourcing and process excellence.



Key Responsibilities





Manage

multiple procurement categories, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and

timely delivery





Process

purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders and contracts in line with approved budgets





Source,

evaluate, and onboard suppliers for goods, services, and works





Lead RFQs/RFPs, conduct technical and

commercial evaluations, and negotiate optimal terms





Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts

(AMCs), monitor

vendor performance, and ensure timely renewals





Review and

continuously improve procurement processes, controls, and compliance





Analyze

annual spend by category and strengthen the vendor base to support business

growth



Requirements





Bachelor's

degree in Supply

Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering





5-8 years

of relevant procurement experience





CIPS certification (preferred)





Hands-on

experience with ERP

systems (Microsoft

Dynamics Supply Chain or equivalent)





Experience

in education,

hospitality, construction, or interiors sectors





Strong

knowledge of local

UAE suppliers and market pricing





Valid UAE driving license



Skills & Competencies





Strong

negotiation and vendor management skills





Excellent

communication and stakeholder management abilities





High

proficiency in MS Office and data analysis





Ability to

work independently and manage priorities under pressure
