Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
Ensure all procurement complies with hospital policies, government regulations, and quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and clinical teams for timely replenishment.
Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, and service.
Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and contracts.
Support audits, budgeting, and financial reporting related to procurement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in
medical procurement
, healthcare supply chain, or hospital purchasing.
Knowledge of
medical terminology
, equipment, and consumables.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Familiarity with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems).
Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in the medical industry.
Preferred Experience
5-10 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare procurement department.
Certification such as
CIPS

is a plus.
Experience with
