Responsibilities:
Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers for civil and interior materials.
Prepare and evaluate quotations, purchase orders, and supplier contracts.
Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure materials meet project specifications.
Track inventory and manage material procurement schedules in line with project timelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
in procurement for
civil and interior projects
.
Strong knowledge of
construction materials, interior finishes, and supplier networks
in the UAE.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office
,
ERP systems
, and procurement software.
