Fluency in Arabic is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement activities specific to Owners Association Management (OAM) Services, materials and supplies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors and service providers.
Source, negotiate and finalize contracts to ensure best value, quality and timely delivery.
Monitor vendor performance, resolve disputes and ensure service-level agreements are met.
Prepare purchase orders, RFQs and tender documents in compliance with company policy.
Track and analyze procurement KPIs, budgets and cost savings initiatives.
Ensure compliance with legal, contractual and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of suppliers, contractors and procurement transactions.
Contribute to continuous improvement in procurement processes and cost efficiency.
Requirements
A relevant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in
Procurement
or
Facility Management
Strong knowledge of FM & OAM procurement categories (MEP, cleaning, security, maintenance services etc...)
Fluency and both Arabic and English. (
Non-negotiable
).
Excellent negotiation, communication and vendor management skills.
Proficient is ERP systems (
Odoo Preferred
) and MS Office.
Strong Organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with UAE regulations and procurement practices.
