We are currently seeking a

Procurement Officer

to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services in line with company requirements. Prepare purchase orders, compare quotations, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain accurate records of suppliers, pricing, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor inventory levels and forecast future procurement needs. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and project deadlines. Visit suppliers and project sites when required for material verification or coordination.

Requirements:

Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in

procurement or purchasing

, preferably in the

construction, tents, or steel fabrication industry

. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of local and international suppliers. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Valid UAE Driving License

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
