Procurement Officer
to join our team and ensure cost-effective, timely, and high-quality sourcing of goods and services across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies to support the group's operational and project needs.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve the best value in terms of quality, price, delivery, and payment terms.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure accuracy in specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure continuous supply and service excellence.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and alternative products/materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal/contractual requirements.
Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to align purchasing activities with business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of procurement contracts, supplier databases, and purchase histories.
Regularly review and analyze procurement costs to identify areas for savings and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum [3-5] years of experience in procurement, preferably within a group of companies or a multi-industry environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of import/export procedures and supplier management is a plus.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
