Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for fit-out materials, furniture, and finishes.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain procurement records, inventory, and supplier database.
Coordinate with project teams to align procurement with budgets and schedules.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
3-5 years UAE experience in procurement for interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and supplier networks in the UAE.
Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP systems.
