Key Responsibilities
Procurement Planning & Strategy
:
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand material and service requirements.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet project specifications and timelines.
Supplier Management
:
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
Maintain and develop relationships with key vendors to ensure continuous supply and resolve any issues.
Documentation & Reporting
:
Prepare and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier communications.
Generate regular reports on procurement status, cost savings, and supplier performance for management review.
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
:
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Coordinate with logistics and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Qualifications

Experience
:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement within the
construction and contracting industry
in
Dubai.
Skills & Competencies
:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of local suppliers, materials, and market trends.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with UAE procurement regulations and industry standards.
