Job Description

:



? Collection of EMC from demand planner and updating in the import and local file

? Managing the Categorized Products - Stock status & availability

? To plan, Execute and finalize purchasing with suitable suppliers in the local and international market.

? Finding the new suppliers with competitive pricing and payment terms

? Negotiate with the suppliers in terms of price, quality, and delivery terms.

? Handling and monitoring of claims and shortages with suppliers

? coordinate with the supplier to ensure on time delivery.

? Support relevant departments with quotations for their new projects.

? Monitoring the stock movement and maintaining stock level as per the target.

? To ensure fullest cooperation to assist and support Supply Chain team and perform duties assigned by the SC manager.

To ensure effective response and adherence to on-going guidelines, procedures, standards, policies, and directives issued by the department head.

Job Type: Full-time
