. The ideal candidate will be an

who understands the UAE market and has excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement for facility management, building materials, and construction projects.
Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and secure favorable terms.
Prepare and process purchase requests, quotations, and purchase orders.
Develop and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods/services to meet project requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and support cost control initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
Coordinate with finance and project teams for approvals and payments.
Requirements:
Male, Arabic speaker (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years' UAE experience in procurement for facility management, building materials, or construction projects (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of local suppliers and market trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Immediate joiner preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
