Handle end-to-end procurement of materials, finishes, and subcontracted services for interior fit-out projects.
Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to plan and fulfill material requirements.
Source and negotiate with local and international vendors for quality and competitive pricing.
Monitor delivery schedules to avoid delays and ensure timely site availability.
Maintain procurement logs, documentation, and vendor database.
Ensure compliance with company policies, project timelines, and budget constraints.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of UAE experience
in the
interior fit-out sector
.
Excellent knowledge of finishing materials, furniture, decor, MEP-related items.
Strong vendor network within the UAE fit-out market.
UAE Driving License
is mandatory.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
Strong negotiation, documentation, and communication skills.
