Maylaa International Trading LLC is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating the purchase of materials and services to support our diverse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve cost savings and supplier reliability.
Coordinate closely with inventory, warehouse, and finance departments.
Monitor market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in retail or trading sectors.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of local and international sourcing is a plus.
