Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Manage contracts and maintain accurate procurement records.
Ensure compliance with procurement-related laws and regulations.
Control costs and assist in budgeting processes.
Coordinate internally with finance, operations, and warehouse departments.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and manage procurement-related risks.
Document all procurement activities and maintain well-organized records.
Conduct market research and analyze supplier trends and pricing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
