Job Description

Our Client is leading companies in the F&B Industry in the UAE and is looking for Production Controller (FMCG / ERP User)
:
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide farms with necessary raw materials and agricultural products, such as fertilizers, pesticides, agricultural tools, and irrigation systems.
  • Research and negotiate with local suppliers and agents in accordance with the annual budget, ensuring the best prices and quality are obtained in a timely manner.
  • Receive and follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Periodically evaluate supplier performance and update the supplier database.
  • Develop the supplier base and search for new suppliers with flexible payment terms.
  • Coordinate continuously with the agriculture department to ensure material availability during critical periods and prevent interruptions in agricultural operations.
  • Monitor inventory in cooperation with the warehouse management and ensure the minimum level of essential materials is maintained.
  • Adhere to the companys procurement and supply policies and procedures.
  • Prepare periodic reports detailing the status and cost of purchases.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement, preferably in the agricultural sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of computer applications and ERP systems.
  • Good in English.
