Job Description

3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.

Request and analyze quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure best value purchases.

Prepare purchase orders and contracts in line with company policies and procedures.

Track and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods/services.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to forecast procurement needs.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.

Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management review.

Develop and maintain supplier databases and performance records.

Resolve vendor disputes and delivery issues promptly and effectively.
