Receiving purchase requests from End User and line manager.
Reviewing purchase requests to ensure information and requirements are complete, thoroughly assess SOW along with e.g., Work Breakdown Structure, Budget, Schedule, Acquisition Plan, Execution Plan.
Source quotes from suppliers.
Review received quotes and ensure they are according to requirements.
Create comparison sheets for management review and approvals.
Processing purchase orders.
Processing purchase order changes.
Updating cancellation of orders in the system as required.
Ensuring that end users are kept aware of any changes or updates to their orders.
Entering all contracts and purchase orders into a relevant automated system to ensure 100% Compliance.
Serving as a first point of contact between the organization and the suppliers.
Following-up with suppliers if delivery time, delivery amount, or any other discrepancy is in question.
Work in coordination with the procurement team on contracting with suppliers and preparing of
Liaise with suppliers on various aspects of supply chain including delivery, quality, and adherence to service level agreements.
Participating in all team efforts as required.
Collaborating with other members of the team to carry out work smoothly and timely.
Qualifications:
3-4 Years of Relevant experience
Technology proficiency (SAP, B1 Software & Windows OS)
Industry of Elevator, Fit-out, Construction, Production Systems Spare Parts, Construction, Structural Steel.
