:Our client well known, well established Multinational FMCG company in UAE is looking for a highly experienced & professional Procurement Officer- IMSC division for its Dubai branch. The Procurement Officer role will report to Procurement Manager. Will be working closely within the multiple levels of procurement teams based in UAE and SUDAN. The incumbent will be responsible for end to end procurement and ordering cycles including internal and external follow-up, document control and execution. Salary Structure as follows AED 9,000 on joining AED 11,500 on completion of probation (Subject to satisfactory performance review) AED 13,000 on completion of one year of service (Subject to satisfactory performance review) Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in engineering only Electrical, Mechanical engineers preferred.CIPS certification will be beneficial. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Supply Planning, or Demand Planning areas Previous experience with SAP ERP system usage is an advantage, especially MM module. Candidates from large FMCG Multinationals MRO procurement background will be advantageous as well. Solid communication and presentation skills. Advanced technical /computer skills Excel, PowerPoint. Prior hands on work experience in ERP (SAP). Solid mathematical and statistical knowledge, with a preference for having applied experience in problem solving/projects in a professional environment Strong quantitative and analytical skills - ability to analyze ambiguous data, determine key information elements, develop optimal plans, and recommend & execute action plans that weight risks and benefits. Strong negotiating skills, Time management & Organization skills.
