A leading Ready-Mix and Block Factory in Qatar is looking for a Plant Ready-Mix & Workshop Team Leader to oversee machinery repair and heavy vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair of ready-mix and block factory machinery.
Manage the servicing and repair of heavy vehicles and equipment.
Ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of all machinery.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Lead and train a team of technicians and mechanics.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in ready-mix and block factory machinery repair and heavy vehicle maintenance.
Strong technical knowledge of plant equipment, batching plants, and heavy-duty trucks.
Leadership experience in a workshop or plant maintenance environment.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 per month
