Procurement Officer - Automotive Parts

EVS Electric Vehicle Services, the UAE's first dedicated electric vehicle service provider, is expanding its operations in

Qatar

. We are looking for a

Procurement Officer

with proven expertise in

automotive spare parts procurement

to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in

sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships

to ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of high-quality auto parts. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the automotive supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure

automotive parts and materials

from local and international suppliers Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to achieve

cost savings and quality standards

Build and maintain strong

vendor relationships

to ensure reliable supply Monitor

inventory levels

and coordinate with the operations team to meet workshop requirements Ensure compliance with

company procurement policies and procedures

Conduct regular market research to identify

new suppliers and alternative products

Prepare reports on

purchasing, costs, and supplier performance

Key Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in

auto parts procurement

(UAE/GCC experience preferred) Strong knowledge of

automotive spare parts, supply chain, and vendor management

Excellent communication skills in

English

(Hindi/Arabic is an advantage) Proven

negotiation and contract management

skills Proficiency in

MS Office / ERP systems

(Odoo experience is a plus) Based in or willing to relocate to

Doha, Qatar
