"Procurement Officer" for our Holding company

to join Immediately.

To handle all activities related to procurement and to ensure achieving the best terms of quality price and delivery conditions.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify vendors and negotiate purchase conditions with approved suppliers. Process the purchase request from different companies and departments. Follow up with vendors and finalize purchase orders. Prepare purchase orders and send it to suppliers Monitor delivery of goods, and process payments as per the LPO terms and conditions. Provide analytical reports related to the procurement functions. Maintain ongoing surveillance of the market, monitors price trends and keep abreast of supplies developments. Abide by all group policies and procedures.

Qualifications, Mandatory to have the below:

With minimum 3+ years as Procurement Officer including Qatar market With good exposure within Qatar market & International procurement Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid Transferable Qatar ID
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month

Experience:

Procurement Officer in Qatar market: 2 years (Preferred) Vendor / Supplier management: 2 years (Preferred) Purchase Orders finalization: 1 year (Preferred) International Procurement: 2 years (Preferred) FMCG Procurement: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

* Transferable Qatar ID (Preferred)
