Job Details

• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships for automotive spare parts
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, and contract terms with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency
• Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure parts are received according to specifications
• Verify that all purchased parts meet quality standards and technical requirements
• Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to understand needs and ensure timely availability of spare parts
• Maintain procurement processes within budget constraints while ensuring efficiency and responsiveness

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a luxury automotive dealership in the UAE
• Technical training certification in automotive systems
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in modern luxury vehicles
• Proven negotiation and supplier management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
