Source, negotiate, and purchase materials and services from approved vendors.
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
Coordinate with engineering and site teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company standards.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand.
Ensure all procurement activities align with project schedules and budgets.
Requirements:
Civil, MEP & Fitout experience is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry (MEP & Fitout works).
Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and vendor management.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP procurement systems.
High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
