Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Procurement & Sourcing

Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in line with approved budgets.*
Prepare and manage RFQs/RFPs, evaluate supplier quotations, and recommend suppliers.*
Ensure accurate pricing, specifications, delivery schedules, and payment terms.*

Supplier & Vendor Management

Source, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers.*
Maintain supplier databases and approved vendor lists.*
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply.*

Negotiation & Cost Control

Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings.*
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for value optimization.*

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.*
Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supporting documentation.*
Support internal and external audits related to procurement.*

Inventory & Coordination

Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and finance teams to ensure material availability.*
Assist in inventory planning to avoid shortages or excess stock.*

Reporting & Administration

Track procurement activities and supplier performance.*
Prepare regular procurement reports (cost, delivery, supplier performance).*
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.*

Qualifications & Experience



Education



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience



2-5 years of procurement or purchasing experience.

Skills & Competencies



Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good knowledge of procurement processes and commercial terms. Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems. Analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
