Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Procurement Officer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, prices of purchasing items and ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.

Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management with minimum 2 years experienced.

Proficient in MS Office, Strong negotiation and communication skills

Knowledge of UAE market and import/export regulations (preferred)

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:



Manage procurement process from requisition to delivery.

Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers.

Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.

Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Coordinate with internal departments to understand requirements.

Salary starting from AED 1,500.00 to 2,000.00 depending on the experience.
