Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team in the Food & Beverage sector. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of procurement experience specifically within the UAE F&B industry, with a strong track record in managing supplier relations and high-volume purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage procurement operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of F&B products and materials. Handle monthly purchases exceeding AED 500,000, maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Evaluate and negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid shortages or overstocking. Ensure procurement activities align with company budgets and quality standards. Maintain procurement records and generate reports on spending, savings, and supplier performance. Stay updated with market trends, product developments, and alternative suppliers.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in procurement within the

F&B sector in the UAE

(mandatory). Proven ability to manage and execute purchases of over AED 500,000 monthly. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of UAE suppliers. Proficient in procurement software and MS Office applications. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

UAE Driving License

is an added advantage.
