You will work closely with operations, chefs, finance, and suppliers to support restaurant, cafe, lounge, and central kitchen requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Source and evaluate suppliers for food, beverage, equipment, and services
Manage end-to-end procurement cycle: RFQ, comparison, approval, PO issuance, delivery follow-up
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and long-term agreements
Maintain approved supplier list and vendor database
Coordinate with chefs and operations for product specifications and samples
Monitor inventory levels and work with storekeepers for stock replenishment
Ensure compliance with
company policies, HACCP, and local regulations
Prepare purchase reports, cost analysis, and savings tracking
Manage import/export documentation where required
Resolve delivery issues, shortages, and supplier disputes
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in procurement within F&B or hospitality
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Knowledge of food ingredients, kitchen equipment, and consumables
Familiarity with
ERP/POS purchasing systems
is an advantage
Strong analytical and cost-control mindset
Excellent communication and MS Excel skills
UAE/GCC market experience preferred
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
Preferred Background
Restaurant group, hotel, catering, or central kitchen experience
Knowledge of import sourcing and international suppliers
Experience with tenders and bulk purchasing
