Requirements:
Create purchase orders and ensure of time availability of resources for the projects
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability
Maintain a database of approved suppliers and regularly assess their performance
Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers to secure long-term partnerships
Monitor supplier adherence to contract terms and resolve any disputes or issues that arise
Conduct market research to benchmark pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities
Coordinate inspections or testing of materials and address any quality concerns with suppliers
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communications
Provide guidance on procurement policies and procedures to internal departments
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites.
