Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems (hard and soft copies) for company documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Handle general office administration tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating with other departments, and managing office equipment maintenance.
Support HR tasks such as preparing letters, updating employee records, and organizing travel arrangements when required.
Procurement Duties:
Receive and review purchase requests from departments and verify specifications.
Obtain quotations from approved suppliers and negotiate best prices, quality, and delivery terms.
Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival of goods/services.
Maintain and update the supplier database and evaluate supplier performance regularly.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.
Coordinate with the finance department for payment processing and resolve any invoice discrepancies.
