Key Responsibilities Include:
Preparing and issuing
Local Purchase Orders (LPOs)
.
Tracking
LOG sheets
and following up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Collecting and organizing
material requests
from various departments.
Conducting
quotation comparisons
and submitting them for management approval.
Maintaining accurate
documentation and archiving
of all procurement records.
Supporting
general office administrative tasks
as needed.
Coordinating with the
development and project teams
to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements and timelines.
Assisting in
vendor evaluation
and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
.
Minimum
2-4 years of procurement experience
, preferably in
real estate development, construction, or project-based industries
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
Proficient in
MS Office
(Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work
independently and proactively
, with attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
