Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Procurement Assistant

to support our purchasing and supply chain operations. In this role, you will assist with sourcing, ordering, and managing the inventory of goods and services. You will work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all procurement activities are carried out efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing materials, equipment, and services. Prepare and process purchase orders and documentation. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries. Track orders and maintain accurate procurement records. Support the procurement team in quotations, pricing, and cost comparisons. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2 years of procurement/purchasing experience in

MEP, Landscaping, or Construction

sectors within the UAE. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP/procurement software knowledge is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and internal departments. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines. Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information. Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
