Job Description

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

We are currently seeking a

Procurement Officer

with a minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape procurement to join our team for a prestigious landscape project in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage procurement activities for landscape materials and services.

Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project team to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare and track purchase orders, submittals, and approvals.

Maintain accurate procurement logs and vendor records.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, specifically in landscape or construction projects.

Strong knowledge of local and international suppliers for hardscape, softscape, and irrigation materials.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage long-lead items efficiently.

Salary:

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications during the interview process.
