About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced

Procurement Officer

with a solid background in MEP purchasing. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of MEP materials, supplier networks, procurement strategies, and cost control, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality materials and services for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement processes for MEP materials and equipment. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best quality, price, and delivery terms. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Review and process material requisitions from the engineering and project teams. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project timelines. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries to sites. Analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP procurement

within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of MEP materials, systems, and vendors. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
