Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and acquisition of materials, equipment, and services essential for our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement within the UAE, particularly in Abu Dhabi, and will ensure that all procurement activities align with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet business needs. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships. Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents, maintaining accurate records for audit purposes. Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure cost-effective procurement. Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations. Manage procurement data and documentation, ensuring timely responses to requests and compliance with defined processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the UAE. Proficiency in using procurement software and tools. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant regulations and ethical standards in procurement. Ability to analyze market trends and assess supplier performance.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
