to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management and will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, supplier coordination, and inventory support.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services
Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
Work closely with internal departments to forecast demand and manage inventory levels
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
Must be currently based in the UAE
