Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Assistant, based in Abu Dhabi. The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. Daily tasks include evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, maintaining accurate procurement records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to meet procurement needs and improve purchasing practices.

Experience with Purchase Orders and Purchasing processes Strong Analytical Skills Proficiency in Procurement activities Excellent Communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in facility management or a similar industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
