Emirates Talent Solution is hiring a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing and purchasing operations in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in procurement within the signage and outdoor advertising industry. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of managing supplier relationships, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring timely availability of high-quality materials at competitive prices.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals
Analyze market trends and identify reliable suppliers locally and internationally
Forecast material requirements based on project timelines
Supplier Management:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure best value
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations
Cost Control & Budgeting:
Ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality
Manage procurement budgets and generate regular cost reports
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
Material & Inventory Management:
Oversee timely purchase and delivery of raw materials, signage components, and consumables
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams
Ensure procurement aligns with production schedules
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement regulations
Review and manage all purchase orders and invoices
Coordination & Communication:
Work closely with production, design, and project teams to understand material requirements
Resolve any procurement-related issues affecting timelines or quality
Provide regular procurement status updates to management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 10 years of procurement experience in signage or outdoor advertising industry
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent knowledge of raw materials, signage production components, and supplier networks
Familiarity with ERP or procurement software
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
